Notes User ID are expiring/How to renew your notes certificates

There is a expire date for all Notes User IDs. Before the expire date of Notes ID for all certificates, it will prompt you a message box to renew your User ID. Even though it is asking you to renew your certificates, but you cannot renew you own ID without admin access. Your administrator will do the certificates renewal for you. Before that you have to intimate the administrator about this User ID expire date. The following steps will send a mail to your administrator with your ID file attached.

 When the prompt appears like this, click YES.

After clicking Yes, you will get this dialog box. Now you User ID will be attached to the mail. You can also export the ID file and you can send mail manually to your administrator. Recommended is by default click continue.

It will show you the administrator name to whom the mail will go. Now click on the send button to send the mail to you administrator. Then you administrator will renew your certificates for your Notes ID.
